These cards are 5x6, and are printed on photo paper. They also come with white envelopes. Extra postage may be required for this size/shape. Please check with your local postal office.

I create custom blog headers for your blog! Email me with your photos and information and what size blog header you would like and I will create a one-of-a-kind design just for you!

I can also customize your Blogger blog template to use a printed or textured background rather than a flat, solid color. Simply set me up as an admin on your blog while I am constructing it, then remove me when your beautiful custom blog is finished. You must have your own photo hosting service for this product. I use Photobucket for my blog, but you can use whatever service you like.

*Please note that you will need to obtain a copyright release from your photographer if you plan to use professional photographs in your album. I can work with you to obtain this release, but there is no guarantee that your photographer will be willing to sign the copyright release. If your photographer has any questions, I am more than happy to speak with them.

*Many bakeries will "print" a photo or digital image on a cake. I can create the image to go on your cake to coordinate with your invitations. You will have to work with your bakery to arrange for the actual printing.

Let's Get Started!

Please let me tell you that I am extremely honored that you have chosen me to help you preserve your family's memories. It is my job to make sure that your memories are preserved in a beautiful graphic setting. It is your job to help me get the historical setting correct. Let me explain the album creation process to you.

First, you gather the photos and pieces of ephemera that you want preserved. Jot down your memories & any pertinent information associated with the photographs. Be as descriptive as possible. The more I know about a particular event or moment, the more detailed your page will be.

Second, we will have a consultation. If you live in the Salt Lake Valley or surrounding area, we can meet in person to discuss your memory album. We can hold a consultation on the phone or via email if you prefer. We will be talking about styles, color schemes, sizes and other general information.

Third, I do require that 50% of my fee be paid up front, at the time I take possession of the photos. It can be sent to me via PayPal. If your photos are in paper format, you can either scan them yourself or send them to me and I will scan them for you. Not only will I return the originals to you, you will also receive a digitized copy on a CD or DVD. If your photos are in digital format, you can send them to me burned on a DVD or CD or you can send them to me via a file sending service.

Fourth, I will create your page complete with photos & journaling. If I have any questions during the creation process, I will contact you via your preferred method of communication.

Fifth, I will send you a proof copy of the page for you to proof-read and/or request any changes. This is where you will check for spelling errors and date errors. This proof can be sent to you via email or via USPS, for an small additional charge.

Next, I will make the requested changes if there are any. I'll send the changed proof copy to you for your approval. Any additional new changes, which are not the result of designer error, are subject to a small fee.

You will then send the final payment to me via PayPal. Once the final payment has been received, I will send you the finalized, fully completed project. Personal delivery is available in the greater Salt Lake Valley. Delivery via USPS and/or UPS is available in all other areas.

My time-frame is dependent on the size and scope of the project. Rush projects may be available for an additional fee.

I welcome your input when scrapbooking your pages. I really hope that if you have any style requests or specific design requests that you will let me know.

Reprints

Need an additional copy of your layout or album? Order the same size or even a smaller size at a discounted rate! Did you order a custom 12x12 album for you and want an 8x8 or 6x6 copy for a family member or a friend? There is a $1/page resizing fee plus the cost of the extra copy. If ordering multiple copies in the same size, the resizing fee only applies one time per size.

*Please note, custom layouts and albums can be decreased in size, but not increased.

*Rectangle albums may not be able to be resized.

As a courtesy to my customers, a digital copy of your album/card will be kept on file for 24 months following the completion of your album. Reprints can be ordered from these files for 24 months. After 24 months, the digital files can be purchased. In case of fire or natural disaster or damage, Designs by Meredith and/or Meredith Cardall shall not be held liable for lost and/or missing files.

Standard Photo Scanning & Preservation

This is a great storage option for your most important photos and documents! Keep a flash drive in your 72-Hour or Emergency kit.

Each photo is hand-scanned at 300ppi. High resolution scans at 600ppi and 1200ppi are also available. All images are burned onto a CD or DVD depending on order size. A contact sheet of images will be included. For added convenience, you can have your scanned photos stored on a High Speed USB Flash Drive. Prices variable, dependent on current pricing. Other storage options available upon request.

After completion of scanning, files are not retained. While the utmost care will be taken with your photos, Designs by Meredith and/or Meredith Cardall shall not be held liable for lost, stolen and/or damaged photos. 35mm negative scanning also available.
